Case study · Logo and brand

SummerTyle Farm Flowers: a brand as natural as the blooms

A hand-drawn logo and soft, seasonal brand for a chemical-free flower farm, built to work everywhere from a tiny Instagram circle to a tote bag at the farm gate.

What we did

Logo, brand mark, palette

01 · The brief

Natural, handmade and personal

Kirsty grows chemical-free, seasonal British flowers for calm, mindful homes and meaningful moments, from DIY wedding buckets to seasonal subscriptions and bouquets.

She wanted a brand that felt as natural as the flowers, not like a high-street florist, and that worked hard in small spaces: stickers, bouquet tags, bucket labels and an Instagram profile picture.

02 · The process

Finding the feel together

Kirsty knew the feeling she wanted before she knew what it looked like. So rather than pushing one idea, we explored directions with her and explained what each change would do for the brand, until it felt genuinely hers.

03 · The result

What we created

01

A hand-drawn dahlia

Drawn by hand, so the mark has the same natural quality as the flowers. No stock icon, no clip art.

02

A relaxed wordmark

A rustic, easy-going wordmark that works with the flower as a full logo, or on its own.

03

Built for small spaces

The dahlia stands alone as an icon, so it reads on a sticker, a bouquet tag or a profile picture.

04

A seasonal palette

Soft colours from the flower field, grounded with cream and charcoal so the flowers stay the star.

What Kirsty said

I completely flip-flopped my way through this project trying to figure out branding for my flower farm, but Andy was so patient throughout and never made me feel like a pain (even though I’m sure I was!).

Andy really listened to what I was saying and somehow managed to understand the vibe I was going for even when I wasn’t fully sure myself. Every potential change or question I had was explained properly and professionally, and he genuinely cared about getting it right rather than just rushing something out.

I’m really happy with the final branding and logo, it feels completely “me”. Thank you again, you smashed it!
