Who we help: charities

Design and marketing for charities and charity shops

Every pound a charity spends has to earn its keep. We help local charities and charity shops across Dorset and Hampshire look professional and bring in more donations, shoppers and volunteers, with work sized to a charity budget.

Your window does most of the work

People decide whether to drop off a bag of donations, come in for a browse or offer an afternoon a week based on what they see from the pavement and on Facebook. A tired window or a hand-drawn poster quietly says “nobody’s minding this”, even when the team inside is brilliant.

Small, consistent touches go a long way: a clear sign, window posters that change with the seasons, a donations-wanted board, and posts that look like they come from the same organisation every time.

What we can do for a charity

  • Window and seasonal poster templates your volunteers can reuse all year
  • “Donations wanted” and “volunteers wanted” campaigns for print and Facebook
  • Gift Aid and donation signage that’s clear and on-brand
  • Simple, easy-to-update websites with an obvious donate button
  • Brand refreshes and guidelines so every shop, event and volunteer stays consistent

We price charity work fairly and we’ll always point you to the cheapest way to get the result you need. See our print and poster and social media work.

Questions charities ask us

Do you offer charity rates?

We keep our prices fair for charities and community groups. Tell us about your charity in the quote form and we’ll suggest options that fit your budget.

Our volunteers make the posters. Can you help them?

Yes. We can build editable templates in a free tool like Canva, so volunteers only swap the words and everything still looks like it belongs together.

Can you help with a fundraising appeal?

Yes, from the poster and flyer to the Facebook posts and the donation page they point to.
