Who we help: florists

Branding for florists and flower growers

Flowers are bought with the eyes. We help florists, flower farms and growers in Dorset and Hampshire build a brand as lovely as what they grow, one that works as well on a bucket label at the farm gate as it does on a wedding enquiry.

Your brand has to work in small spaces

Florists use their branding in more odd places than almost anyone: stickers on wrapping, tags on bouquets, labels on buckets, a tiny circle on Instagram, a sign at a wedding venue. A logo that only looks good large lets you down most days of the week.

Then there’s the split between everyday sales and weddings. One needs to feel friendly and affordable, the other special enough to trust with the biggest day of someone’s life. A good flower brand does both, and lets the flowers stay the star of every photo.

What we’d usually do for a florist

  • A logo with a separate small mark for stickers, tags and profile pictures
  • A soft, flexible palette that flatters your flowers rather than fighting them
  • Wedding and events brochures and price guides
  • A simple website with a gallery, what’s in season and an enquiry form
  • Stickers, tags, cards and market stall signage

A flower farm we branded

SummerTyle Farm Flowers grows chemical-free, seasonal British flowers. We hand-drew a dahlia for the mark and gave it a relaxed wordmark and a palette of sage, lilac and dusty pink. The flower works on its own as a tiny icon, which is exactly what a grower needs for labels and social. See the full project.

Andy really listened to what I was saying and somehow managed to understand the vibe I was going for even when I wasn’t fully sure myself. Every potential change or question I had was explained properly and professionally, and he genuinely cared about getting it right rather than just rushing something out.

Florist questions

I sell at markets, online and for weddings. Can one brand do all three?

Yes. We design the core brand once, then show you how it flexes: relaxed for the market stall, polished for the wedding brochure.

Can you design a wedding brochure or price guide?

Yes, as a PDF to email to couples and as a printed piece for wedding fairs.

I’m not sure what style I want. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Working out the feel together is part of the job, and we show you three different directions before you commit to one.
