Who we help: cafés

Branding and websites for cafés and coffee shops

Most people pick a café before they’ve tasted a thing. They see your sign from across the road, your photos on Google Maps or a friend’s Instagram story, and decide in a second. We help independent cafés across Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset look as good as their flat whites.

Where cafés win and lose customers

Search “coffee near me” in Boscombe or Ashley Cross and you’ll get a map full of options. Your photos, your star rating and whether your menu is easy to read on a phone do most of the deciding. The chains have head-office designers for this. Independents usually have whatever got done the week before opening.

The good news is that a café doesn’t need a big website. It needs a logo that works on a cup, a menu people can read at a glance, a handful of great photos and a Google profile that’s kept up to date.

What we’d usually do for a café

  • A logo that works on a takeaway cup, a loyalty card and the sign above your door
  • Menu boards and printed menus that are quick to read and easy to update when prices change
  • A small, fast website with your menu, opening hours and a map, built for phones
  • Your Google Business Profile tidied up with the right categories, menu and photos
  • A-boards, window graphics and flyers for new hours, events and seasonal specials

Logos start from £150 and websites from £750. Most cafés don’t need everything at once, so we’ll tell you what to do first. More on logo and brand design, menus and print and local SEO.

Café owners often ask

Do I need a website if I’m already on Instagram?

Instagram is great for regulars, but it won’t catch someone who searches Google for a café nearby. A small website plus a well-kept Google profile picks those people up. It doesn’t need to be big or expensive.

Can we update menu prices ourselves?

Yes. We’ll give you an editable version for small changes alongside print-ready files for your printer.

We’re opening soon. How quickly can you help?

Pop your opening date in the quote form. A logo usually takes two to four weeks, so the earlier the better, and we’ll prioritise whatever has to be ready on day one.
